1. Definitions

PCnet maintains Personal Data's confidentiality, integrity, and availability through robust security measures. Personal data is retained only as long as necessary for the purposes outlined in our policy or as required by law. This includes data needed for servicing accounts, supporting transactions, and maintaining user engagement. For instance, if you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can automatically recognize and approve any follow-up comments instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users who register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information. When no longer needed, data is securely deleted or anonymized. Data may be stored and processed in various jurisdictions under strict security protocols to ensure compliance with legal standards and protect against unauthorized access or breaches.

4. How we store data

PCnet may collect Personal Data for these purposes:

Facilitate compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements, ensuring our practices are up-to-date
    and secure.
